Located on the site of the historic Bennett Farm in Jackson, Michigan
The Stone Village Condominium consists of three condominium units occupying the main barns of the original Bennett Farm. Bennett Holdings, LLC, the developer, is restoring two of the units into fine private homes. M-R Builder Inc. is providing design work and the renovation of Units #1 & #2.
Unit #1 is located on the east end of the barns and consists of a one story residence of 3,500 square feet. There is an additional private garden area that is dedicated to Unit #1.
Unit #2 is a multi-story structure with 1,500 square feet plus a full basement and large attached garage. It includes the center portion of the barn complex.
